AccommodationParticipants are kindly invited to arrange their stay themselves. Dijon, at the heart of Burgundy, is a renowned and beloved place for tourists. The city offers plenty accommodation options, from 5-star hotels to furnished apartments and the even cheaper Youth Hotel. Information on hotels can be found on the official site of the Tourist Office. We have selected a few hotels located at short walking distance from tram stops along the line T1 that connects the rail station and city center directly to the conference venue. The recommended hotels are pinpointed on the interactive map, which can be downloaded here. Preferential rates have been negotiated with 3 Hotels belonging to the Accor group:
Breakfast is included. These hotels are close to tram stops (line T1). In order to book these preferential rates, attendees are kindly asked to mention the congress name "ISMEC 2017" while contacting the hotel. Click here for further details. For small budgets Cheap accommodation in the student dormitories is also available on campus (less than 5 min walk to the congress venue). CROUS offers two kinds of rooms: - "traditional" room (common showers and toilets): 16 €/night + 1.82 € for the kit of disposable sheets Participants wishing to reserve a room in the student housing facilities are invited to send an email to the CROUS accommodation office (hebergement@crous-dijon.fr) before May 24, 2017, specifying the attendance of the ISMEC conference. |
